Albany Status Change - Strange Change -Anyone Else

I have had difficulty with my Albany Medical College status page for some time. Although everything was received in September, my letters of reference showed "no" until mid-November. Thereafter, my application said "yes" for LOR's and "yes" for ready for review (although there was always the red wording that noted that the LOR's might be received by the school and not registered for the status page. As of yesterday my status page says "no" - not ready for review by committee. Anyone experience this change? Is it a form of rejection or a cmputer glitch? 😕

not to worry mine says the same thing they are just slow your being reviewed I called last week

Mine did the same thing except I have already interviewed. I would interesting for them to be re-reviewing my file because supposedly the Tue after you interview your file is presented to the committee and voted on and given an average for a ranking. It is based on these rankings that admissions decisions are made. It will be interesting to see ehat comes of it in the next few days.

I noticed the same thing too. My letters are marked "yes" and my complete/ready to review is marked "no". Throughout the past month, my compete/ready to review was marked "yes".

I went through 100's of thoughts today while...checking my e-mail more than usual (which is already too much)...staring out my window to catch the first glimpse of the mailman....practically knocking over the mailman...yada yada

When it hit 2pm in CA (5pm in NY) I decided to go for a run & swim to get my mind off of things. Of course, now I'm back at my computer like a crazy fool.

Me too. I was "yes" for everything for months and now I'm "no" for "application complete and ready for review by our Admissions Committee". I'm expecting a rejection since I'm pre-interview.

So does anyone know how long it takes to hear from them (interview or rejection) after your status changes to "No" for ready for review? Does it mean a negative outcome? or is there some hope for us pre-interviewers?

and i've been complete since the middle of october (for some reason I was complete at NY schools, public and private, almost one month after I was complete everywhere else...everything went out at the same time).

I guess we'll find out from them in Jan. I don't think it's a computer glitch 'cuz why didn't it say "NO" to other items also? It simply means they are no longer reviewing our applications. [Haha, there goes another rumor.]
