  1. Pre-Dental
I know this is a silly question but for people who have interviewed for any job position, is it a good idea to drink a little alcohol to loosen up a bit? I'm like Raj from The Big Bang Theory, give me a little alcohol and I will talk to anyone freely. I don't think I would take the risk of doing this but was wondering if any of you would.😀😀

Unless you're planning on casually drinking while practicing dentistry all day then you might as well get used to talking to people sober. But I must admit, it would make things a lot easier!

LMFAO that's the funniest thing i've read on this forum...

I am a classical musician. It's a highly competitive and stressful career field. I can promise you that at least a few "famous" players, soloists and conductors go onstage having had...something. The whole subject is pretty interesting to me. Players also use PEDs to combat nerves and such.

Anyways, my point is that if you feel that it will improve your interview and you eat enough so that there is no chance of the smell coming across and you've done it before and you're well aware of your limits and you think you can pull it off, you should probably quit now because you're a ****ing idiot.

I didn't say I would do it. I was just wondering if someone had done it before. No need to call me an idiot.😀

I saw this coming the minute I read the title of the post

Oh my, it appears I've caused a stir...

Keep it classy. Pocket square + cuff links + engraved flask = acceptance.

Then notice my qualification was conditional...:slap:

What adcom would not remember an applicant that came in smelling like a brewery?

But it has crossed your mind hasn't it?

I was actually looking for information regarding interview process and saw a person saying he had a shot of something before his interview. I wanted to know if any SDN members had tried that before.
