ADH is a peptide hormone, right?

ADH is a peptide hormone, and aldosterone is a steroid hormone.

Actually, aldosterone = mineralocorticoid

ADH works via cell surface receptor recognition and second messangers, whereas aldosterone directly penetrate through cell membrane and bind with transcription factors.

ADH is also called vassopresin.
