I found this particularly entertaining:

“among abstracts that used subjective minimizing language, 62.6% reported grade 1 and 2 adverse events (AEs), 78% reported grade 3 and 4 AEs, 8.8% reported grade 5 AEs (death related to an AE), and 11.4% of the studies reported discontinuation due to AEs.”

It also reminded me of so many proton and hypofrac trials using the same language when AEs are literally 10x more prevalent than CF.

Hmmm, sounds like you are anti-drug or some kind of drug-denier. It could be dangerous to cancer patients to not use minimizing terms as it could make them drug-hesitant about these life-saving therapies that are proven (to extend life a few weeks).
