When applying to pharmacy jobs there seems to be three types:

corporate office
gov
corporate pharmacy

Which venues require transcripts from schools with their applications? Is it usual to request this or do they just want verification of license certificate?
Also, must all educatonal history be provided, or just the relevant stuff, like undergrad and pharm school?

on the residency front - do most programs want your undergrad transcript as well or just your pharmacy school transcript?

It depends, 2 of the 5 programs that I applied to wanted undergrad transcripts as well as pharmacy school transcripts.

no. most jobs don't even want pharmacy school transcripts.

residencies are a different ball game though.
