Do vesicles going between layers of the golgi, or even excretory vesicles require energy to form/bud off and to fuse?

Do vesicles going between layers of the golgi, or even excretory vesicles require energy to form/bud off and to fuse? Click to expand... all formations of vesicles to bud or fuse require energy. From a biochemistry book: the budding of vesicles to the ER require ATP. The transitional movement to the Golgi requires GTP, calcium binding to ATP, and cytosolic factors. Hope it helps!🙂 Upvote 0 Downvote
