Does anyone know anything about Alpha Sigma Lambda, the national honor society for non-traditional students? Just received a letter inviting me to join and was wondering if anyone had any input? Will it help my dental school app at this point? Are there any other benefits? Thanks!

if you have to pay to get a "honor" then it's likely not a honor and waste of time.I was fooled by some stupid honors stuff in high school but learned my lesson and did not repeat it in college.
