Alternate List PCOM

I just received a letter placing me on the alternate list at PCOM. Other than being really disappointed, I am a bit worried about what this means. Does anyone have a clue as to the chances of alternates receiving offers for admissions at PCOM? Is anyone out there on the alternate list for PCOM right now? If so for how long? Also, do they prioritize alternates? One of the ladies in the admissions office says they dont and then if a spot opens they go back and choose from the entire applicant pool. That seems a little crazy unless there are only a few alternates. Any help would be appreciated. Thanks!

Well if it makes you feel any better...you aren't alone. I got waitlisted too 🙁 I'm incredibly upset since it was my first choice. Unfortunately I don't have any information regarding the waitlist...but I'm curious to know too.

I totally feel your pain, I was actually really surprised, it sounds like they have had a full class though for a while since they supposedly have 275 students that have paid their initial deposits. I guess it is frustrating because we may have been too late for admissions. I wonder how many of those will submit the rest of the deposit... I guess I will try and stay positive
