I am thinking about doing the whole military route, but what are some alternatives. Im under the impression you can make a deal with your state government or other states...? HPSP???? Are there any good websites that I could find more information on these other programs.?

You can also check out the Indian Health Service and the National Health Service Corps, both websites found with the use of Google.
