@terptherapy Hey! I am not concerned at all. I met with the program director on campus in February and he is super motivated to make this program last. It only helps that Alvernia already has OT and Nursing programs and that the DPT program is the first one in Berks county. Check out that Facebook page I made - easier way to connect with others who have also been accepted/committed. Have you gotten into other programs as well?
Awesome! I emailed with the director a little as well and I also emailed the head of PT accreditation and they said that over 95% of developing programs receive accreditation so I feel confident that Alvernia will be fine. I have liked that page on facebook but I feel that it may be more useful for connecting to other people if you make a facebook group instead so that we can see each other (with a like page you cannot see everyone).
