I'm a Bio Major going into my junior year at Ohio State.
So far, I have around a 3.75-3.80 gpa, with a science gpa in that same range. I got a 20 AA on the DAT, with 18PAT, 19 QR, 20 RC, 20 Bio, 21 Chem, and 22 Ochem. In terms of extracurriculars I've just been tutoring and mentoring underprivileged high school students. I've shadowed a dentist at the student health center for around 30-40 hrs, and I plan on shadowing at least two more dentists. What other things should I work on? And is my DAT score too low, because I've heard rumors that a high gpa paired with a low(er) DAT score doesn't fair too well with dental schools. Thanks.

Well you have a 20AA. That's not what we conventionally consider "low". Now your GPA coupled with a 17-18AA might call into question the difficulty of your courses, but 20AA is fine.

I applied to your school! It looks like only a little more than 900 people apply to The Ohio State, so you probably have a great chance to get in.

Thanks... the thing is I am also an out-of-state student attending OSU, so I'm hoping that I'm not subject to higher standards than in-staters when applying to their dental school.
