Am I a re-applicant?

I submitted my primary to 1 school last year while waiting on my (1st) MCAT scores. I decided to not complete the secondary so that I could re-take the MCAT and apply properly this cycle. Am I considered a re-applicant to ALL schools OR just that 1?

AMCAS will only consider you a re-applicant at the single school.
Some schools do ask whether you have previously applied anywhere.
