Am I Applying to too many Schools???? HELP!

So, i need some urgent advice! I did some research and picked out the schools i would like to apply. I have 23 schools on my list! My premed advisor said that i should narrow that list down to 15, saying that i won't be able to do all the secondaries for all of those schools and that it is better for me to focus on 15. Great advice...

But the problem is, I'm having a difficult time narrowing this list down even further. I'm tempted to apply to all of them. Do you guys think I will be ok applying to 23 schools, in terms of doing all the secondaries,etc? Or am I just wasting my money and should listen to my pre-med advisor's advice???

For your reference, here are my stats: MCAT-35, Overall GPA-3.8, Science GPA-3.8, with very strong EC!

If you have the money, then why not? Keep in mind, you're only attending one.

Considering those are all very competitive schools, I don't think 23 is too many at all.

Also, once you've done about 6-7 secondaries with essays, you pretty much have seen the types of essay questions for every med school.

It took me a week per secondary for the first couple. Then I started blazing through them. Near the end, I was pumping a secondary out every day or two.
