I was short of time on Step 2 usmle for most of the blocks.
I might have missed 20 Qs.( unanswered)
I went in thinking 230.
Now , i am afraid of failing because of missed 20 Qs.( unanswered).

Well, whatever the result will be there is no point in worrying about it now, it will not change the outcome. I would hope for the best, prepare for the worst, and make yourself busy until results come out.
