On the MCAT, I can get in the 99th% without studying at all for CARS.
On Psych, I am above average with very little study

But on the other two subjects, I struggle. I study for them a lot, and come just below average.

Does this mean I could much better at something else?

The MCAT is a competency exam. It has nothing to do with the suitability for a career in Medicine.

You're obviously a very strong critical thinker but do you have the passion to learn science and interact with people? Those are the questions that you should ask to determine whether or not you are on the right career path.

You should be spending a lot of time shadowing physicians to determine if this is the right career path for you. Building off of what Goro said, the MCAT is just a competency exam, but just because you are competent enough to be a physician does not mean it’s the right career path for you.

On the old MCAT I had a classmate in undergrad who scored a 43 after studying for barely 2 weeks (equivalent to >523 on the new MCAT). He ended up going in to tech and runs his own successful startup in Silicon Valley so...

No correlation.
