I am in the middle of the application proccess. My primaries are done and I am mostly done with secondaries. I have 3 secondaries complete (as of week ago), and will be doing at least one more. (PCOM, UMDNJ, TouroNY... and hopefully LMU soon).

My stats are 3.3 gpa and 27N MCAT. I have just over 100 hours shadowing a DO an MD and a physical therapist (Good lor from the DO, and one from premed committee). Officer positions in 5 school and state wide organizations. One year of research yeilding a presentation at a statewide conference.

My questions for you are...

1. When should I start hearing back about interviews?

2. Will this be by email?

3. Do I have a shot at acceptance? Especially PCOM! (pa resident btw)

1. It could be as little as a couple of days to a couple weeks depending on the school.
2. Most schools do notifiy by email but there a still a couple that do snail mail.
3. I think (my certified pre-medical opinion🙂) you have a good shot at getting accepted.
