This maybe a stupid question but I just wanted to make sure

I heard that most of UTSW students do get to waitlist. Does this mean I am not on the waitlist
and need to reapply in the next cycle if I want admission to UTSW?

Unfortunately this is a rejection email. 🙁 A wait list email will mention placing you on hold or waiting for a future decision + some information on where to send updates. Wish I had better news!
