honestly, those grades don't look too good, but one bad semester won't usually wreck your app. your extracurriculars seem worthwhile, but i wonder if they cut into your study time too much? i ask this b/c genetics and o-chem were very different for me, so doing badly in both seems like it would have to do with a bigger problem with your semester... anything particularly bad happen?
don't get too discouraged - i would try easing into next semester with less time spent on ECs - they're important, but your pre-med classes should come first, i think. and try and think if there were other reasons your grades might have suffered.
