I am having the same problem. I got on the 3quest website the other day and bought a few tests. I was just trying one out and it was terrible. There was about a 20 second lag when switching questions. That adds up in a timed test. I was getting pissseddd. haha. Not sure what is going on. I cant even open up the program right now.
I dont think it has to do with internet connection. Any idea why its operating so poorly?

same here, this is really frustrating since my test is coming up soon..
