Due to my earlier lack of a letter from a D.O., I was limited in the schools I could apply to. Had I obtained a letter earlier, I probably would have applied to a few others with cheaper OOS tuition and locations in places I'd really like to live. I just got a D.O. letter 🙂, and I'm wondering if I should bother submitting my primary to new schools this late in the game. Otherwise, I would just send it out to the schools I already applied to. I know the deadlines still aren't for a while at most schools, however, I'm thinking that I may not be given equal consideration due to the rolling admissions system. What do you think?

MCAT:33
GPA:3.51

With your stats, I'd say you have nothing to worry about.

Your stats right there are great. So I agree with the above, you have nothing to worry about. Some of the deadlines to DO schools are in March.

I know that this question is asked a lot but I am wondering what you think.

I was verified on Oct. 7/08 and have received two secondaries. Still waiting on 8 more schools.

Do I have a chance?

Some stats:
GPA: Science: 3.83, Overall: 3.81
MCAT: 27R

International, hospital, competitive sports, etc.

Input is appreciated! 🙂
