Hi there,

i just signed up to take my board certification for amb care. any tips on how it was and what area to study the most in? i suck at stats and ID so will focus on those. i just bought high yield med review and hoping it will be enough. its expensive as hell and dont want to spend more $ on another resource but if there is something else that will supplement this and its worth it, please let me know! any exam tips will be appreciated. thank you!

I just passed it first try. I didn't think it was that difficult. I just used the high yield question bank because I didn't have much time for anything else. The ASHP/ACCP textbook is way too in depth. Most of your time reading it is just wasted time on obscure things you'll never need to know and/or would always look up anyway because memory is flawed (which is why we invented writing). A lot of the questions you really can't study for anyway because the subjects are so random, but the answer is obvious anyway. Good luck!
