I can't find this information on AMCAS website, but can I start sending transcripts in January, 2013 for the 2014 application? Do I have to wait until March or April to start doing this?

Do you mean the AMCAS 2013 application for matriculation in 2014?

I don't think you can send in anything until you start the application, which usually comes out the first week in May. This cycle is not even halfway over...

Schools will want your Spring semester grades anyway, so there is 0 point to sending them in now.

You have to wait until they're accepting transcripts for your cycle. If you send them before your cycle opens, then they'll assume that you're trying to apply for the current cycle and will throw away your transcript once the cycle ends (AMCAS requires fresh transcripts for each cycle)

As Ismet mentioned, you can't. The app will probably open in May for June submission. It's a good idea to start getting stuff together, but you can't submit anything to AMCAS until late spring.
