I just got the verification email from AMCAS that my app is verified.

Unfortunately, one of my most recent classes (sociology) for which I received an A was not reflected in my verified grades (it was marked current/future by the verifier). There is a recent copy of my transcript on the way (should have been sent out around the 12th).

So I requested an "academic change request" asking for a reverification of this course.

Bottom line: Will it delay my app. from being sent out to the schools on the 21st??

Just relax. I can't say I have experience with an academic change request before secondaries, but last year I had to submit one after receiving all my secondaries and it was no big deal. I noticed that one of the schools that had sent me a secondary listed all of my AP credits as Intermediate Spanish, so I checked my AMCAS and the verifier had changed them all and that's what was sent to all the schools. (Moral of the story...always proofread your AMCAS after its been verified). Anyways, it took about 3 days for it to be changed (not sure if these kinds of things have priority or what) and I did it about the 1st week of July, so its approximately the same time schedule. Just chill...you are still way ahead of the game.

Thanks monkeymeg2! I'll just try to relax...😴
