1) How far back in time did you go when listing activities on your AMCAS?
2) Did you mention high school activities?

Quick answer: nothing from high school unless you continued that activity beyond high school.

There is no law against including something from HS but it should be exceptional, such as winning a national or international competition (e.g. olympic medal).
