Use all the free resources available to you from SDN: articles, guides, expert advising, forums discussions, and school research.
Possibly a silly question, but similar to the Personal Statement Reader list, is there something analogous to that for the 15 AMCAS activities?
Haha, no one is that neurotic here lol. If you REALLY are worried, you could send me one and I can tell you if you have the right idea.
Honestly with those it makes no difference. You can use bullets, paragraphs, etc. Just basically say what you did (responsibilities) and what you got out of it. Include awards/publications as well for each one as separate activities.
Be succinct (if you want the whole thing to be read).

Wait so the awards for something should be listed as a separate activity from that thing?

Depends on how impressive the award is. Generally, though, no.
Either list an award together with all other awards, honors, and scholarships in one spot. Or mention the award within the narrative about the activity for which the award was received. If you got a nobel prize or Olympic gold, it's fine to list it on its own.
