I'm drafting mine up and unsure of a few things. I know you can do either bullets or paragraph but I'm not sure which to do. Which do people more often use?

Do you include why you decided to do the experience, how it impacted you, etc. or just list the facts of what you did? Or is the impact of the experience only supposed to be included for "most meaningful?"

How much of the character space do people actually use?

For most meaningful, after you use 700 characters, do you get an ADDITIONAL space of 1325 to write about why it's your most meaningful? Should all of these "most meaningful" tie back into 'why medicine"?

Thanks. Sorry for having so many questions!

For all of mine I did paragraph except for being a CNA, I did bullet points on that as it was more of a job description. Since it was also one of my most meaningful I then took the additional space to elaborate in paragraph form.

For mine I put a short description of what it was (like the purpose of the activity/organization) and then my contribution to it, what I specifically did, and then usually what I learned or took from it (if I had room).

I tended to always need the full 700 characters.

Yes, you get that additional space to go into WHY you chose it as your most meaningful, the impact it had on you and such. I don't know if you have to explicitly tie it back into medicine, but just talk about how it meant a lot to you. I mentioned some qualities that my most meaningful experiences brought out of me (like compassion, dedication, leadership, etc) - and these are all qualities a physician should have, but I didn't say that flat out.
