AMCAS Activity - EMS involvement

Hey everyone. I have been trying to call every contact I know from the EMS squad I worked for about 1.5 years and 6 months into my freshman year of college. I have not gotten a response from anyone and do not have an email to provide or their permission for me to include the squad as an activity. I do need a reference so I am in a little bit of a tough situation. What should I do? Should I list myself as a reference?

You could put "Chief of Squad" as contact and the address/phone of the squad
or list yourself as contact and note in description "no current contact available", and give the squad name, address and phone

I think this is a good solution. Keep in mind, OP, that it isn't a reference that will be asked for, but rather confirmation of your dates and hours. The person answering the phone doesn't need to know you personally, just have access to your employment records.
