I don't think it's worth worrying about, or even mentioning unless someone questions it. It's kind of obvious, since there are not 2,000 hours to be had between now and August.
More importantly, things change for a lot of people between application and matriculation, particularly after people receive their first acceptance. That is one of the reasons AMCAS changed the application to have a separate place for anticipated hours.
2,000 is a full 40 hours per week for 50 weeks. It's highly unlikely any school would take that many uncompleted hours to the bank in making an interview or acceptance decision, given how unreliable anticipated hours often turn out to be. Also, anticipated hours through August 2023 would be automatically discounted in any event, since many schools begin in July. Unless it's a paying job that you need to continue right up until you begin school, or you need to keep building hours in anticipation of a reapplication, adcoms know you won't be following through on most activities past next spring at the latest.
