GEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEZ!
I was on hold today for 1.5hr then it went over 5pm and disconnected me!
I love the message that tells you to just send an email...... Anyone have any luck with that????? I can't get into the email site..... It's almost as if they've taken the phones off the hook and locked up their email so they can ignore us!!!!!!
I think they took our money and closed up shop!
Let me know when the law suit gets rollin!!!!
L3 😡

I've never called them, always e mail. The first time was when I had trouble logging on for the first time. They e mailed me within a couple of days and fixed the problem. The 2nd time was when the postsecondary experiences were deleted. They e mailed me a couple of weeks later, but the problem had already been fixed. This last time, I e mailed them to confirm that they had received my transcripts. I heard back in 2 days. Maybe I've just been lucky, but I really have not had any problems with them. Good luck 🙂

You're lucky

🙂

I had luck with email checking on whether they received my transcript. I think they responded 2 days later.

Yeah...transcript checking is very fast. I got a response the same day. But, that's the only service that's quick. Maybe they have 50 people answering those emails and one guy doing the rest.
