Hey guys,

I am just filling out my course work on AMCAS and had some confusion with the AP credits even after reading the official guide. My transcript lumps my AP credits into 52 total units. If I took 9 AP classes would I just divide the 52 units into 9 separate courses each with 5.7 credit hours? It just seems weird for me to utilize such a weird decimal for the credit hours. @gonnif would love your input as I know you are the expert on these things

Actually you need to have out to 5.7778 credits lol

Just be reasonable and assign appropriately. You dont even have to list classes just subjects: BIO 6 credits CHEM 8 credits. Or list reasonable class such as
6 credits: introductory Bio (AP)
As long as they add up to 52

@gonnif thanks for the help! I was just confused because using such exact decimal points seemed kind of weird.
