AMCAS app work activity question

I was wondering if I would be able to list this as a paid work activity. I worked at a hotel for 3 years. One of those years I was not taxed at all and was payed "under the table" for my work because it was part time and just odd jobs around the place. Would adcoms accept that, or would they have to see real proof that i was employed the full three years?

No one will ask you for your tax forms. List the first day you worked to the last day, or, to present. Don't put in the hours/week in the header. In the narrative list the dates you worked regularly, giving average hours/week. Then the time you worked less, with a much lower hours/week. Then the same with the higher hours/week again (if you resumed the previous pattern).
