Does it serve any purpose aside from indicating what should be included in the science GPA? Do adcoms see it, and do they care?
Should I classify my biopsychology (or physiological psych) and psychopharmacology courses as biology or social/behavioral sciences? Both were in the psych department, and the psychopharm had a more psych-oriented name, but both were pretty strongly rooted in bio/neuroscience. It might help my science GPA to be bio, but I'm using the psychopharm teacher as my non-science LOR, so I'd rather classify it as psych if these will be viewed by anyone outside of AMCAS.
