I just recently submitted my application (July 1st, so not yet verified) and unfortunately it appears that two of my volunteer activities are missing on the PDF application I printed off. I checked the AMCAS work/activities page and they are also missing there as well. I'm not sure how this happened, particularly since I was trying to be meticulous before submitting - but obviously not enough. I'm assuming that this was a technical error, and I'm lucky that none of my other essays/entries were affected. These two activities are mentioned once each in my personal statement and merely by name. I'm having a minor panic attack about it understandably, and I'm not sure what to do.

How horrible is it that I'm missing these two activities? What should I do? If I were to e-mail and ask to send a revised activity log to the medical schools I applied to, how bad is that (i.e, would I be less likely to get an interview)?

I really appreciate your help and feedback.

Thank you both for your responses. I will definitely do this. How will medical schools view me if I send a correction to them? I'm just nervous about it. I'm sure it would be better than not sending a correction at all but it's still nerve wracking.

Contact AMCAS and find out if this is a known issue affecting multiple people. If not, and they say you cannot edit it to fix the omission, then the next step is to include the missing sections on schools' secondaries (or email to them if there is no space for it on secondary).

Alright, thank you. If AMCAS does not give me the ability to revise it, how would medical schools view me if I sent a correction and included it in my secondaries?
