Good question, Im in the same boat, but I always just assumed they wouldnt give you your money back.

well,
i submitted my app early june, and it got processed on the 13th. i found out i got into med school on the 15th! just two days later than amcas was processed. i called right away, and they told me there was nothing i can do cuz they do not refund u if amcas has been processed. if you submit and it wasnt processed yet, they do refund u. so im screwed out of ~900 bucks, cuz i applied to 29 schools (paranoid i wouldnt get in the second time around... so i applied to a lot). stupid me. hope that helps. anyway, if anyone out there has got refunded somehow after amcas was processed, can u let me know how u did it? thanks.
