So I received this email from my prehealth advising...But now that I am actually filling out my AMCAS, I have no idea what it is referring to...Here is the basic gist of the E-mail:
We have received more calls than usual from applicants (and advisors on
applicants' behalf), because the applicants were entering grade and/or
credit conversions into the AMCAS application, rather than entering the
grades and credits as they appear on their official transcripts.

I don't know why this is happening so much this year, but I am
concerned applicants are using our Grade Conversion Guide to determine
the AMCAS conversions and then entering them into the application.
However, the Grade Conversion Guide is for the applicants' personal use
only to estimate their AMCAS GPA's.

Please advise your students to enter their course work exactly as the
information appears on their transcripts. AMCAS will do the
conversions. We will also revise the introduction to the Guide so that
it explicitly states the applicants should not enter the conversions
into the application.

Umm no idea what this is referring to! Sorry I'm an AMCAS novice...
ALso, I had a question about extra-curriculars..If I am starting 2 or 3 activities this year, can I still list them, and how in-depth should I describe them if I really haven't gotten into them all that much?
