AMCAS HTM shows GPA's while PDF does not?

Hey everyone, when I print my AMCAS app using the HTML option, a GPA is calculated and shown whereas nothing is shown in the PDF version. Also, I have no idea how it is actually calculating the GPA (it only counts some of my classes), though I am not really disappointed.

Any idea what is going on?

You have to submit your application and AMCAS must process ("verify") it before the calculated GPAs show up on the PDF.

Same here. The supposed "calculated" GPA on my html version makes no sense. I guess we'll just have to wait and see when it's verified - although I definitely don't get how they're calculating it if the html version is correct

Don't worry about what the application you see says. I assure you that the schools will get the correct information.

Too bad my HTML version won't have the correct GPA, It shows up as 4.0 across the board there (v.s. 4.0 only in sciences in actuality). I figured this was the case but I am wondering why the PDF and HTML versions are different and how the HTML version calculates GPA.

My advice: stop wondering. Ignore it. Unless you really don't have anything else to do.

I don't like periods of time where I have nothing to do to improve my chances of admission. So, I like analyzing everything about the process.

Just to be clear the HTML version that shows a GPA is correct right? becuase mine is showing something significantly lower than what i calculated on my own like 100 times
