I am wondering if I should list a certificate program as a minor on the AMCAS application. I believe it is noted on my official transcript already and on my unofficial transcript, it is currently listed as "supplemental studies." My school has minors, but not for this particular subject. What should I do in this case?

I do not believe that it should be listed as a minor. Rather, you would have certificate program send in a transcript along with your other transcripts. If the certificate program does not have a transcript, the registrar of that institution must send an official letter (with a Transcript Request Form attached) to the AMCAS saying that no transcript exists.

I browsed over the instruction manual and couldn't find anything under the "Minors" section stating otherwise.
