AMCAS mistake

I was just looking at my submitted amcas, and it appears i made a mistake with one of my courses i entered. I entered it during a spring semester instead of a fall semester, when I took it. What happens next? Will amcas let me fix this error as they process it, or am i stuck with this app? Also, what will the schools I'm sending this to think?

You're stuck, but it's no big deal. They'll fix it, put a little X next to it indicating format change, and that's it.
