AMCAS - Pass/Fail Courses

Hi,

Last time I applied my AMCAS returned with a number of corrections. All the pass/fail courses I took as a Freshmen had been marked with an "X"

I want to limit the number of corrections I have this time around. Anyone one else have a similar experience? Why would this be the case?
