Hi,

There is a major error in my AMCAS primary (not typos but a substantial error). Do I email all the schools where I applied immediately? Or do I wait until after they get my information on July 1st?

Contact AMCAS. It's hard to give better advice without knowing more about the error, but if something needs to be changed post-submission, the AAMC is the only one who can help you. Keep in mind that reasons for making changes post-submission are very limited.
