AMCAS Primary Hours Overestimation

450 true vs. 515 estimated ... In reality, I think my true count was somewhere between both numbers, as I was not always diligent about tracking ... Is this an egregious enough overshoot that I should consider notifying all of my schools?
You'll be fine. This difference is not significant. I always find it weird whenever people don't use round numbers when reporting hours.
 
Fine even in the event they call my contact to verify? My original estimate was made honestly, but I am concerned that not explicitly providing an update could be considered malicious/deceptive. Also concerned about how providing such an update may make me seem careless, or cast doubt on the authenticity of the other parts of my application.
Yes, it is fine. You are supposed to provide a rough idea to account for how long you have to something. It is kinda weird to give exactness IMHO.

In my app, I did things like “Well, I worked here full time for like 19 months. 3200 hours sounds like too many, let’s make it 3000 in case I took a vacation or something in there.”
