AMCAS Quarters vs. Semesters.

Simple question-

I did my entire undergrad on the semester system. I am finishing my post bacc stuff at Northwestern (DON'T GO THERE) and they are on the quarter system. Anybody know how these are weighted differently in AMCAS land?
