AMCAS question about future activities

I am going to study abroad this summer and i alluded to that in my personal statement, should i list this in my activities as well? (I will be going in June after I submit my application). Also, I will definitely be doing research in July with a certain physician, should I include that in my activities section? The application wont allow you to enter dates in the future, so is that theyre way of saying they only want to hear about activities you've already completed?
