AMCAS Coursework question about Proficiency exam

Hi guys,
If I did a language proficiency exam for Hindi to fulfill my major's language requirement and it does show on the transcript, how should I write it on AMCAS? I just wrote "Hindi Prof Exam" on the Course Name and clicked on AP as suggested by AMCAS, but I was confused on what to do for the question "Did the course include a lab section?" cause I didnt have lecture for it either as it is a proficiency exam.
