AMCAS, Secondaries, and LOR question

I know that you can submit AMCAS before your LORs have been received. I was wondering though, do schools send out secondary applications before LORs have been received?

Most (possibly even virtually all) of them do. Schools that screen may take their time about sending out Secondaries, but I'd bet it's usually based on other factors than LORs.
