Hey guys,
I'm asking on behalf of a friend. She has a pending mcat score but hasn't gotten her app verified yet. She's not so sure how she did on the mcat but is gearing up for a retake just in case. And if she has to retake, it wouldn't be until August, which is running late in this cycle, right?
Is there a way to maximize your chances? I know the "throwaway" method is employed often, but what do you do if you don't know you're retaking for sure? How does that work and what should I suggest she do for right now? She's worried she'll do terrible and then be faced with a lot of rejections/reapplications.
