AMCAS Verification?!

Since my MCAT score will be coming in rather late, I was thinking of having my AMCAS verified soon (to get it out of the way) so I can send it out ASAP to my preferred school as soon as my MCAT score comes out. Let's say I have absolutely no interest in going to Wisconsin, can I submit my AMCAS with only Wisconsin checked off so it can go in for verification, then once its verified, submit it out to the school I am serious about applying too?

Again, just want to have my stuff ready to go when my score is released.

I'm pretty sure it doesn't cost any more later. Also, why waste $31 on a school you don't even want to apply to? Just pick a school you were planning to apply to anyway.

They upped the price to $31?! Back in my day it only cost $30 to send a digital copy of previously vetted information. Highway robbery...
