No, you can't get verified unless you have at least one school.

Maybe there is some sort of glitch?

Can you only add medical schools after your app gets verified? I select a state, and drop down on the last selection, and all the schools are greyed out. Anyone know what I'm missing?

They don't let you click them once the schools deadline passes. Considering no deadlines have passed since the application won't even allow you to submit it yet, like others said you're probably on the wrong cycle.

Edit: I really hope you didn't enter all your courses already, those are a pain to have to re-enter
