I'm not really applying. I started an account to see what the app look like. I voluntarly taught a 9 year old second cousin of mine to play the piano for a year. I want to mention this. I am a very musical person. (I composed music for particular functions as well).

Is it a good idea to list a relative as a contact person....should i write something in the description like "i taught my COUSIN the piano"?

wtf should i put in "organization name" -- "NO ORGANIZATION" or "FAMILY"

Most of the children (cousins & their children) in my family are home schooled. I have tutored several of them and their friends in math/science. I listed my aunt as the contact person since this is not a formal group. I spoke with her about it to let her know what I expected of her if anyone called. I also told her to feel free to give out the names/numbers of other parents if asked.

I've worked at my dad's every summer since I was 17... I listed him as a contact because, well, it's his business... :luck:

Yup, I listed a family member too. No worries.

You could put "family" under organziation name, I suppose.
