i need answers.
i hope someone could diagnose what i am experiencing right now.
i am 21 years old. my first menstruation was when i was 11 years old. i haven't had my menstruation for 3 months now. i usually have regular menstruation every month. my menstruation started to stop when i went home for a vacation after my first year in medical school which is very torturesome. i decided i wanted to lose weight so i minimized my food intake this vacation.
what do you think is causing this, is it all because of my diet? what can i do to have my menstruation again? what medicine should i take?
i hope you could help me with this.
